Patience Osekre is a Psychotherapist and a Wellness Consultant trained in the UK with a wealth of experience and expertise in providing Emotional and Psychological Services for Individuals, Groups and Organisations. She holds a Masters Degree in Psychotherapy from  University of East London UK and Bachelor’s Degrees in Social Policy/Social Work (Havering College UK and a Diploma in Theology . She has worked for many years in Managerial position within the Public/ Statutory, Private and Voluntary Sector in the UK. She has substantial experience in working in Corporate Organisation, Universities, Schools, Airlines, Banking and other Institutions.

 

She is currently the Managing Director of Supreme Healthcare Management services in Ghana.   A Company that provides Holistic Wellness Service and Consultancy for Oil Companies, Embassies,  Schools,  Clinics, hospitals, and other Corporate Institutions. She strongly believes in the uniqueness of every Human Being and she conveys huge respect, empathy and unconditional positive regard to her clients regardless of their Background.

 

She leads a Multi-disciplinary Team of Professionals to deliver Wellness Services  to Corporate  organisation, education and financial institutions and the Airline Industry. She has provided emotional and psychological support services other Wellness interventions  to Employees and families in Corporate settings such as, Stanbic Bank, Modec Ghana, Tullow Oil,  Schlumberger, American Embassy, Coca-Cola  etc.

 

Patience has an immense wealth of experience in working with both children/adult who have complex Emotional and Psychological problems such as Anger Management, Low self esteem/value, Anxiety, Stress Management, Drug/Alcohol/Food addiction, Weight Management issues, Depression, Relationship/Marital Issues, loss and bereavement, bullying, trauma, Panic attacks, Obsessive compulsive disorder, Phobias, intrusive /suicidal thoughts, lifestyle choices and many more!

 

She has been involved in a lot of Child Abuse/Child Protection Research in the UK which has helped to promote, safeguard the welfare needs and best Interest of Children and Young People.  Promoting the emotional and psychological well-being of people has been a huge passion that always fuels her zeal, commitment and determination to improve their quality of lives. She is currently writing a book Entitled “Emotional Literacy”. She is a registered member of BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapist UK and a registered member of HCPC (Health &Care Professionals Council) UK.
