Laurene Boateng is a Ghanaian dietician currently lecturing at the Department of Dietetics, School of Allied Health Sciences, University of Ghana, Legon.


She also holds a masters degree in Dietetics from the School of Allied Health Sciences, College of Health Sciences, and University of Ghana. At Supreme Healthcare Management Services she provides a huge range of advisory services that helps individuals to understand the nutritional content of food and how it affects their physiology and metabolism. She has excellent skills in analysing diets, planning assistance and motivating individuals to cultivate better nutritional habits. She has as part of her experience, extensive work as a dietician at the Korle-Bu, Ridge and 37 Military Hospitals’ Die therapy Units.


She possesses a strong interest in nutrition and fitness issues affecting the general population and is committed to helping individuals with chronic nutrition-related diseases to understand the science of nutrition and how it affects their health and general wellbeing.
